Cost: $165 per each 50 minute session.

I set aside a few slots for a sliding scale for those who meet financial need. Please feel free to inquire about it.

Insurance

I am currently an out of network provider. If you have a PPO, you may be able to pick an out of network provider for services and receive partial reimbursement for the cost of services. If this is the case, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and inquire if your policy allows you to choose an out of network provider, and if so what information or form (sometimes called a "Medical Exception Request Form") needs to be obtained or completed. At the time of services you will pay the set rate, then I will provide you with a superbill (on a monthly basis unless otherwise requested), and you will submit this to your insurance company and receive reimbursement from them. Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give self-pay clients an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You will receive a Good Faith Estimate from me after intake documents are complete and prior to the onset of treatment.
